T6 RED KOMBI CONVERSION
We at TG Commercials regularly convert the awesome VW Transporter from a Panel van to a Kombi. Each vehicle is converted to the customers specification.
This conversion saw our customer wanted his Cherry Red T6 converted and upgraded. This is being used in the decorating trade, but also used as weekend transport for a kart!
Our first port of call was to install the lower front bumper lip and side bars (painted in a subtle matt black) and finished off with a colour coded rear boot spoiler. We love the red and black combo. It’ll certainly stands out in the paddock at the weekend!
Next we installed the tinted side windows and rear seat bench… the standard Kombi upgrades!
Finally we plylined and carpeted the sides and rear door, added a fitted rubber floor and finally installed the rubber mats for the new rear seats. Rubber was the preferred choice as it’ll be far easier to keep clean of paint during the week and petrol during the weekend!
We think this Kombi conversion came out so, so well. A proper dual purpose van, that looks mega!
